Why I choose my career?

In my childhood, I never dreamed to much about what I wanted to be in the future. I don´t know why, maybe this was not important in that time, but It was when I have fifteen. I was so worried; the only thing I knew was that I liked the science. I didn´t know what to do even after the first attempt to take the PSU(I was able to finish it the second time, fortunately) At the end of January, I was investigating about all the careers I was interested in. I had to choose between Chemistry and Fharmacy and Biochemistry. They are very similar and that complicated my decision.
Before applying, I went to a University fair to solve all my doubts.
The reason why I choose Biochemistry was because it had a broad field of investigation and I realise that I want to work in laboratory and do research.
My experience in the University by now it´s not very peaceful. I really hate that the teachers send a lot of messages, besides it´s despicable the time they send them ocasionally. I do like to study but  sometimes I have to wait for the teachers to publish a ppt or the recorded class.
This semester left a lot of expectations down.

My biography

Hello everyone, It´s me again :)
well, I was born on 4th of November, of 2020 in Curacaví. I lived four or three years there and then we moved to Santiago looking for something better like education or a best job for my father.
Since 2008 I studied at Palmarés until I graduated in 2019.
After I took the PSU and I knew my score, I applied for Biochemistry and I am here now, finally in the University.
I live with my two parents, my older sister, our dog Blanquita and my rabbit Doki.
In the past four years I have played volleyball, done Origami, watch a lot o movies and gone to parties with my closest friends.
Now I don´t do excercise, obviously I can´t go out with my friends and finally I don´t have enough time to watch a movie peacefully and do Origami.

Practise exercise

Hello, my name is Paola Gormaz, I study Biochemistry. I do like English because it is very useful and it'll never be unworthy. For example, I can understand some phrases in my favourites songs. Actually, I listen music everyday, most in the night and specifically pop. Moreover, I watch movies in English every time I can and ,of course, I like that movie in the original language because the movies I saw when I was young I prefer them in spanish.
I think the most difficult part of english is the pronunciation and sometimes the listening( it's like they don't modulate enough)
The fist step to complete is learn absolutely every verbal time, then memorize both irregular verbs and regular verbs, with their changes in every verbal time. Eventually, I believe that the listening and the pronunciation must be practised like a parallel learning.
